Story:
Kisra Nushiravan (Khosrow I) had a pious, wise and beautiful wife, who was an adherent of Christianity. She bore a worthy and clever son who named Nushzad.
The prince Nushzad turned to his mother's religion therefore fell out of favour with his father. At the end of war with Rum, Nushiravan fell ill and therefore rested by the River Jordan. However falsely reported to Nushzad that Nushiravan was dead. Nushzad wrote to emperor of Rum with a treaty of friendship.
As the news reached Kisra Nushiravan, he was filled with rage. He detained Nushzad in his own palace and lined up a large army against Nushzad's allied.
